Secondary Investments

Helen Fan joined Paul Capital’s Hong Kong office in 2009. She is responsible for assisting in all aspects of diligence, including company research, valuation, portfolio analysis, and deal structuring. Ms. Fan joined Paul Capital Partners from the private equity arm of C.V. Starr, where she participated in origination, evaluation, execution and monitoring for Greater China investments. Prior to this, Ms. Fan worked as an investment banking analyst in Piper Jaffray Asia. She received a BS in Actuarial Science from the University of Hong Kong.
