William P. Clifford joined Paul Capital's New York office in 2007 and focuses on due diligence and transaction structuring. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Clifford was an Associate at Health Advances where he was responsible for leading strategy consulting engagements for clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical devices industries. Previously, Mr. Clifford worked at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young's Center for Business Innovation. While attending graduate school, Mr. Clifford worked at In-Q-Tel where he evaluated biotechnology investment opportunities. Mr. Clifford received his M.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Georgetown University and his B.A. from Kenyon College.
