Randall Schwed joined Paul Capital in 2004 as Controller, Secondary and Fund of Funds. He is responsible for managing the accounting and reporting activities of the firm's private equity secondary funds. Mr. Schwed brings to Paul Capital his 20 years of financial experience, including controllership and other financial management roles at Epoch Partners, NationsBanc Montgomery Securities, The Charles Schwab Corporation and Bank of America Securities. He earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from Boise State University. Mr. Schwed is a Certified Public Accountant and held several principal securities licenses.
