Secondary Investments

Richard Chow joined Paul Capital in 2007 and his responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing, structuring, and closing secondary private equity transactions. Prior to joining Paul Capital, Mr. Chow spent five years executing secondary direct and growth-stage investments with Millennium Technology Ventures. Mr. Chow was also an investment professional for several venture capital firms including Easton Hunt Capital Partners, Chestnut Hill Capital Partners, and the New York City Investment Fund. Mr. Chow began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Salomon Brothers. Mr. Chow received his M.B.A. and B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
