Fund of Funds

Dan Townsend joined the Paul Capital Fund of Funds team in June 2007. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and monitoring private equity fund commitments and co-investment transactions. Prior to joining Paul Capital, Mr. Townsend spent nine years investing private equity money at GE Asset Management for the company’s US pension trust and external institutional clients. While at GEAM, he was responsible for building out a $500+ million portfolio of both limited partnership investments and co-investments. Mr. Townsend moved to GEAM after a successful eight year operating career in three different divisions of the company: General Electric Lighting Systems; National Broadcasting Company; and GE Trading Company. Mr. Townsend has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
